Ramp – November 07, 2020

We got a call from a veteran that lives in McLean County.  His family was having trouble helping him to get in and out of his home with several steps at his front door.  We stopped at his home, took some measurements, and came up with a plan for a ramp at his home.  We were fortunate to have some ramp materials that were donated back to our club which we were able to use at this home.. keeping the cost of materials to a minimum.  This family was very happy to have a ramp built for them and were quite pleased with the results.  It’s amazing to see what we can do when we all work together to make someone’s home accessible.  Thanks, AMBUCS!  A job well done
